Shroom, Tomato & Onion Tart (3-4 people : takes 2hrs) #wcwed
125 gr plain flour
65 gr unsalted butter
Pinch of sea salt
1 egg yolk
25-50ml cold whole milk
8-10 mushrooms
1 onion
1 tomato
Pepper
Sea salt
1 egg 
1 egg yolk
1 dl heavy cream
Grated cheese
Make the pastry by mixing flour, salt and butter, then add yolk and milk. Let rest for 30 minutes.
Roll out pastry, add to 8-inch tart pan and cook in oven for 20 minutes at 70 C. Use pie beans on string and poke whole in botten with fork.
Make the custard using one egg, one egg yolk, 1 dl heavy cream and some grated cheese. Season with pepper and salt.
Saute onions, then add mushrooms and finally the tomato. 
Add the sauteed mix into the tart pan and pour the custardy over. Cook in oven at 175-200 C for 30-40 minutes.
Serve with green side salad and a glass of red wine.
